Eagle individual prepaid customers have now the opportunity to "dance" with their time in mobile communication. The most recent offer presented by Eagle Mobile, offers the best bonuses, which consist of free minutes towards all Eagle and other national numbers, SMS to national numbers, as well as free internet.

Eagle is offering through “Dance with your time” offer, additional bonus to individual prepaid Eagle mobile subscribers based on their selected spending level. Customer has to register in order to benefit bonus. Customer can only have 1 bonus at a certain time. Validity is from the registration moment. Note all monetary values are VAT included.

Also, as extension of the “Dance with your time offer”, Eagle is offering two  packages

2000 Leke package gives the customer:
2000 free minutes within Eagle.
80 free minutes with other national operators
80 free national SMS
360 MB free internet
Validity 30 days

5000 Leke package gives the customer:
5000 free minutes within Eagle,
180 free minutes to all other national operators.
5000 free SMS within Eagle
180 free other national SMS
1 GB free internet
Validity 30 days

• Minutes to other national operators are towards AMC, Vodafone, fix operators.

• SMS to national operators are towards Eagle, AMC, Vodafone.

• SMS to other national operators are toward AMC and VF

• On net SMS are only within Eagle (all tariff plans and all Eagle numbers).

• This offer has priority 1 compared to all other offers/bonuses that the customer might have.

• The customer will be notified twice a day about the expiration of the offer. Customers whose offer expired before 10:00 will receive SMS starting 10:00, customers whose offer expired from 10:00 to 17:00, will receive expiration message starting 17:00.

• The customer must wait the expiration of current level in order to register to another one. If customer is a new customer and has benefited from “Switch for me” offer, he/she has to also wait for the expiration of the 100 minutes to register to other levels.

• Customers that already are registered in one of the individual “Internet bundles” either the daily or weekly, will not receive the free 120 MB of 800 Leke level or 360 MB of 2000 Leke level or 1 GB of 5000 Leke Level. They will receive the rest of the bonus (minutes, SMS). Customer can cancel the “Internet bundles” by sending “ANULLO” to 55755, afterwards the customer can register to “Dance with your time” offer.

• Consumption of the free minutes is through charging scheme of 30+10 seconds, meaning if customer talks 34 seconds, will be removed a total of 40 seconds.

• Free internet will be spent according to the total volume downloaded or uploaded from the customer. For more details of internet subscription please click here

• After the consumption of the bonus the customers will be charged with the regular tariffs of their tariff plan.
• The bonus units are not valid while the customer is roaming abroad.

• Eagle Mobile reserves the right to change the scheme of the offer and its validity.

• Eagle Mobile reserves the right to block a specific customer from the offer, the moment that this customer abuses with the utilization of the offer as an individual consumer.

Balance check:
Customer can check the balance of free units and days remaining for the package of the offer by sending SMS (any text, except 2000 or 5000) to 55200. The SMS will be free of charge. At the same time the customer can check the balance (reply on balance will be by SMS) through Eagle Star *100# menu, under the “Offers Announcements” listing. Offer name is “Dance with your time”.

Customer has to register in the offer in order to receive bonuses. He/she can register in the offer through 2 methods:

Method 1:
By sending to shortcode 55200 keyword 2000 for 2000 Leke package and 5000 for 5000 Leke package.

Method 2:
Through Eagle Star *100# menu, under the “Offers Announcements” listing. Offer name is “Dance with your time”.

1. Is this offer valid to whole base?
No, this offer is valid to individual prepaid base only.

2. Can I check the remaining units and days in the offer?
Yes there will be a balance check by sending any text apart from 200/500/800/2000 or 5000 to 55200. Also, through Eagle Star menu, under “Offers announcements/ Dance with the time/balance check”

3. Will there be SMS notifying expiration of the offer?
Yes, there will be an SMS notification, after the offer has expired.

4. Can you register to another level, when you are register to a different one?
No, you must wait the expiration of current level than to register to another one.

5. Regarding the internet bundle is it possible for customers to know how MB free remains from the offer?
Yes, when a customer wants to check the balance, will get an SMS with all remaining features based on the package of the offer, he/she is registered.

6. If the customer writes a wrongly key word will he/she get a response from the 55200 regarding the remains free SMS, Minutes or Internet from the offer?
Yes, if he/she is already registered in one of the packages of the offer. Otherwise the customer will get an SMS which will show his/her current balance of his/her account and will be promoted the three levels of the offer. SMS as per below (Albanian only):
