The above tariffs do not include VAT.
Only the recharge amounts include VAT.
National calls are charged for 30 initial seconds then per 10 second charging.
International calls are charged for 30 initial seconds then per every 1 second charging.
If the customer will not recharge either 800 Leke or 1000 Leke while within the validity of Super Riniring, the tariffs will be switched to the standard prepaid tariffs after the validity has expired.
Customer will receive an SMS three days before the expiration of Super Riniring, advising them to recharge to continue receiving favorable tariffs.
If the customer will recharge amounts other than 800 Leke/1000 Leke, he/she will not become part of Super Riniring.
Existing Riniring customers:
Existing Riniring customers will continue to benefit the old Riniring tariffs as according to their validity until they make a new recharge of 800 Leke or 1000 Leke after May 02, 2010 and they will become Super Riniring.
Expiring of Super Riniring:
The expiring of Super Riniring will occur at early morning hours, the customer will be notified one day in advance around 17:00 regarding the expiration of Riniring in the following day and will be advised to recharge in order to continue with the favorable tariffs.
Remaining days in Riniring:
The customers will now be able to check the remaining days in Super Riniring and the remaining MB left by sending the keyword “Balanca” to the short code 55552 or via Eagle star menu *100# under Personal data/Riniring.
Checking the other called customer:
The customers in Super Riniring will be able to check by SMS if the Eagle b-number they want to call is in Riniring (either Old Riniring or Super). The code to send the SMS is 55552, the format they need to send the SMS is as follows: 067xxxxxxx (example, 0671234567). The fee for checking the b-party (SMS fee) will be 16 Leke (VAT included); this will be applicable only after successful info provided to the customer. The b-party check feature can be performed as well under Eagle Star *100# Personal Data/Riniring/Riniring number.
Unsubscribing from Riniring:
There will not exist anymore unsubscribing from Riniring. The customer simply has to wait for the expiration date of the tariff.
Internet validity:
The free internet navigation will be served as a volume of up to 120 Megabyte during the validity. After the termination of 120 Megabyte, the standard internet navigation tariffs will be applied. The customer that will receive internet volume will be automatically unsubscribed from any other internet offer.
The validity of the internet volume will be the same as the longest/latest validity of Super Riniring. After every new 800 Leke or 1000 Leke recharge, the internet volume is reset to 120 Megabyte. The validity will be extended again as the recharge with the longest/latest validity will take place.
Other services and tariffs:
Super Riniring will have the same services and tariffs for other services identical to the standard prepaid tariff plan.
Super Riniring can be part of other prepaid individual offers as well.
